Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your service request within 2 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling a service request is 2 hours from the date you booked the service(s).
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation of service(s). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the services(s) to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
The service provider doesn't make any call within 2 hours of service request (Paid).
The service is not availed.
The following cases are not eligible for refund:
If the service provider calls you within 2 hours of service request.
If the service provider reaches your home, then only 80% will be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any service requests that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
